As Principal Global Cyber Compliance, you will lead Tec

Alliance's global cyber compliance program and shape the strategy to meet evolving cybersecurity and privacy regulations.

You will partner with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical processes and controls.

You’ll define KPIs, monitor regulatory developments, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

This role offers high visibility, significant cross-functional impact, and an opportunity to influence compliance across the organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the global cyber compliance strategy
• Drive compliance with cybersecurity regulations and privacy laws (GDPR, NIS2, CRA, and general regs)
• Define, implement, and maintain KPIs for compliance with cyber regs and privacy obligations
• Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt internal policies and controls
• Coordinate compliance-related processes with integral peers and Information Security




• Maintain documentation of compliance status, processes, requirements, and stakeholders
• Assess performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Prioritize initiatives, establish metrics, and drive corrective actions
• Support audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews with evidence of compliance
• Promote collaboration across departments and international stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Information Technology, Law, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Several years’ experience with cybersecurity laws and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, CRA)
• Experience in compliance organizations and governance frameworks
• Experience with global and cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Decision-making confidence on priorities, metrics, and improvements
