Oversee all kitchen operations: prep, ordering, GP, stock control, rotas, and compliance
Engage with guests and bring hospitality to life
Drive high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
You are an experienced Head Chef or an exceptional Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step. Passionate about food, quality, and open fire-based cooking
Commercially aware, with strong stock, GP, and labour control
