We’re hiring a Technical Product Lead to own the vision and roadmap for a suite of engineering platform and metrics products used by software, data, and AI teams at scale.

This role focuses on building and evolving Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities and a greenfield engineering metrics platform, turning data from engineering tools into actionable insights that improve delivery, quality, security, and efficiency.

What you’ll do Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps,



and OKRs for engineering platforms Lead a greenfield engineering metrics platform integrating data from developer tools Work closely with senior engineering stakeholders across the business Translate complex technical data into clear dashboards and insights Drive product adoption and measurable value at enterprise scale What we’re looking for Strong experience in Technical Product Management / Product Ownership Background in platform or engineering-facing products Solid understanding of SDLC and modern engineering practices AWS experience is essential Comfortable working with engineering metrics, APIs, and data platforms Experience in large or complex enterprise environments The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autonomo basis) at either approx €65,000 per annum or approx. €500 per day.
