Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a Logistics Manager (m/f/x) for a four-month assignment.

The company is based in Brussels.

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Professionalize the supply chain through KPI implementation, process optimization, and forecasting improvements.
- Manage 3PL providers, warehouses, and transportation partners, including SLA monitoring and cost control.
- Optimize inventory management, working capital, and service levels.
- Support international expansion by developing scalable logistics processes and coordinating cross-border logistics flows.
- Contribute to the development of a future-proof logistics strategy to support the company's growth.

The requested qualifications for this Logistics Manager position include:

- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods.
- Experience in warehousing and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and planning.
- Experience managing 3PL providers.
- KPI-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an asset).
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
