Our client is a fast-growing Belgian group active in the real estate and services sector, looking for an experienced GL Accountant to take ownership of a growing business entity.

Your duties and responsibilities

- Manage the full A-Z accounting cycle for one legal entity, including monthly and year-end closings.
- Prepare VAT returns and liaise with the external accounting firm for statutory obligations.
- Produce monthly financial reporting and analyse business performance.
- Monitor weekly cash flow and support financial planning.
- Contribute to budgeting, business controlling and process improvements.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams while remaining fully autonomous for your entity.

Adecuado profile

- Experience:



Minimum 5 years' experience in A-Z / General Ledger accounting, with the ability to work independently from closing to reporting.
- Languages: Fluent French with a good command of English (B1 level or above).
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Knowledge of Odoo and strong Excel skills are considered a plus.
