- As part of its project management activities, Client's PMO is looking for an experienced project manager to provide operational teams to manage several successive projects for the implementation of IT/OT solutions in the context of gas and electricity distribution network management.
- - Concretely, we are looking for a PM whose responsibilities will be as follows:
- Collaborate with the sponsor, the IT Delivery Manager and the business manager to ensure the smooth progress of the projects
- Write the project plans and project management documents (PMLC and SDLC)
- Organize and animate the monthly SteerCos and produce a Project Status Report to ensure that the project respects its commitments or failing that identify and validate mitigation solutions
- Coordinate the project team and the activities necessary for the completion of the project (which includes identifying the need for resources, discussing with the relevant team leaders in order to have the necessary resources and validating the hours worked)
- Identify and monitor the risks related to the execution of the project as well as the necessary
- action plans- Ad-hoc reporting to the management or the Portfolio Management Office in the event of too much
- - deviation All these activities/responsibilities will be carried out in compliance with the governance set up at SGA and in close contact with the PMO. This involves participation in PMO team meetings and the PM/PgM community.
Context
- The mission is carried out as part of projects related to the implementation of a Smart Grid at Client. It is not necessary to have expertise in the field, but experience on this type of project will be an undeniable asset.
- - Regarding project management tools, Client uses the Planview tool. Knowledge of the tool is not required since onboarding is planned for each new PM but experience with the tool will always be preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience in mastering project management techniques and tools (risk management, problem management, ...)
- Demonstrable experience as an ICT Project Manager
- Proven experience with third-party management (fixed price)
- Proven experience in the coordination of an RFP
- Proven experience in budget management, planning, scope and quality of projects
- Perfect command of French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) (B2)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Certified in project management (Prince2, PMP...)
- Proven Experience with Planview
- Proven experience in Smart-Grid projects
