A global manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join its ERP Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the Power Platform.

You will work on integral ERP environments, partnering with Business Analysts, functional consultants, IT teams, end users, and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Develop custom solutions using X++ (D365 Finance & Operations) and AL extensions (Business Central)
- Build business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Develop workflows, automation, integrations, and business process improvements
- Create and extend forms, tables, data entities, SSRS reports, and Jet Reports
- Support integrations using OData, REST APIs, Data Management Framework, and Azure technologies
- Manage deployments across development, sandbox,



and production environments using Azure DevOps pipelines
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing ERP application support
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development (X++)
- Dynamics 365 Business Central development (AL)
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate and workflow automation
- Dataverse and Microsoft cloud technologies
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or large-scale enhancements
- Knowledge of integrations using OData, REST APIs, and related technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps, managed solutions, and deployment practices
- Understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
