Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
- Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications





- Fluent in German C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-based companies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support software.
- Ability to handle technical queries or escalate them appropriately.
- Familiarity with KPIs and service-level targets.
