You are the driving force behind ISALYS Horizons' human growth. As a key player in our development, you identify, evaluate, and onboard the best talent for our strategic business sectors.

Your day-to-day missions:

- Define short- and long-term recruitment needs together with managers
- Design and deploy sourcing strategy (job boards, social media, direct search)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from search to onboarding
- Provide personalized follow-up for each candidate and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Build and grow your talent network in technical and engineering sectors
- Contribute to continuous process improvement in an Agile environment
- Conduct interviews in both Dutch and French

Your profile:

- Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
- Prior experience or strong interest in recruitment within a technical or demanding environment
- Rigorous, autonomous, with strong prioritization skills
- Results-driven, thrive on challenges, and adaptable
