Construction Manager – Belgium

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Construction Manager with experience in civil engineering, structural engineering, and architectural engineering works to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing a CSA site holistically in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, project management, engineers, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Preparing, leading, or attending site meetings and proactively ensuring the dissemination of information
- Planning, organising, and supervising CSA construction projects using a Lean management methodology
- Identifying the stages of the project and establishing a detailed schedule of CSA work
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets

PROFILE





- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree qualification in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering
- Demonstrable history of managing the civil, structural, and architectural works on data centres and other complex construction projects
- Excellent technical knowledge of planning and management of construction sites, using MS Project, Primavera and BIM tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, with any French or Dutch language skills an advantage
- The right to live and work in the EU
