About the role

As Chef de Rang, you are the face of our restaurant. You warmly welcome guests, guide their experience from start to finish, and ensure that every table is perfect down to the smallest detail. You work closely with the service team and stay in contact with the kitchen.

Your tasks

- Welcome and guide guests during their visit
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Advise guests on dishes and wines
- Coordinate your assigned section (tables)
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure flawless service

Your profile

- Experience in service, preferably in a restaurant or luxury hotel
- Comfortable in an international environment, fluent in Dutch or French, and proficient in English
- Full-time availability, adaptable to work evenings and weekends
- Service-oriented, precise, with strong attention to detail
- You make guests feel welcome instantly and ensure they are eager to return
- You are living in or near Brussels
