As a Junior IT Application Support Engineer, you’ll help ensure that the organisation’s business applications run smoothly and that colleagues can quickly continue their work whenever they encounter a question or issue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first‑line support for core business applications, such as ERP systems, reporting tools and document‑processing platforms.
- Logging, analysing and resolving user questions and incidents. More complex cases will be handled together with IT teammates or external partners.
- Proactively monitoring applications and integrations to detect and resolve potential disruptions early.
- Continuously improving applications by suggesting optimisations, testing new features and guiding users through changes.
- Supporting IT projects where new tools or enhancements are introduced across the international organisation.
- Expanding your technical skills. After a thorough onboarding period, you’ll have the opportunity to build automations and integrations within the organisation’s workflow‑automation environment.

You also bring:
- A professional bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
- A strong interest in business applications and digital processes.

- Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools or workflow‑automation platforms is an advantage, but not required — the organisation is happy to invest in your growth.
