Our client is looking for a HSE Manager (or Safety Engineer/Coordinator) for an on-going project.

The candidate will supervise the site for a construction of electrical installations in an industrial plant.

The resource will be deployed at our construction sites. The worker must have the

necessary requirements to take up his duties and to complete the work according to local Law.

The adecuado candidate must possess the necessary qualifications (RSPP/ASPP) to fulfill the role and

ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with national and international health, safety, and

environmental regulations. The HSE Manager will be directly involved in implementing the project's

HSE plan, actively collaborating with the Site Manager and the Corporate QSE Manager to ensure

compliance with corporate and legislative standards throughout all phases of operations.

The main responsibilities assigned to the figure:

•Is responsible and has the authority to advise and liaise with QHSE Office

management and supervisory staff on all HSE matters in the workplace and

collaborates with the Director General HSE in the planning and implementation of all

HSE activities

• Participate in the compilation of HSE documents, the initial site meeting and HSE

meetings

•Manage HSE orientation and training,



attend weekly HSE meetings

•Regularly attend Client security meetings

•Supervise site health requirements, comply with and maintain site medical services

•Comply with the safety plan and traffic plan

•Provide SDS and site-related communications

•Participate in the ongoing definition of PPE

•Participate in the development and application of HSE standards and practices

•Ensure environmental control and waste management

•Act as a Fire Marshall, conducting training, exercises and inspections

•Participate in the completion and implementation of emergency management

•Participate in the detection, treatment, reporting and analysis of incidents

•Participate in the HSE site inspection/walk and follow-up;

•Overify that your organization implements an equipment inspection and maintenance

program manage HSE documentation

Profile characteristics of the ideal candidate:

•Previous and proven international experience in the Oil & Gas sector and in industrial

plants

•Preferably a safety engineer or equivalent; have a thorough understanding of project contractual requirements, policies, and procedures and ensure their implementation in construction operations

•Promoter of HSE culture in the workplace, implementing the company's safety

procedures on site

•Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
