Functional Analyst – Data Migration (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst – Data Migration to join a large-scale business transformation programme. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating migration requirements into functional solutions while ensuring data quality throughout the migration life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse complex data migration requirements and assess business and system impacts.
- Define data mappings, transformation rules, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
- Support migration testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Identify migration risks and ensure data quality throughout the project.





Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Proven experience in data migration or system integration projects.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a complex environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to Have

- Experience with large-scale transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of ETL processes or data migration tools.
- Experience within the insurance sector.
