Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies and processes to ensure high-quality software products

Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests for UI, APIs, and data workflows

Participate in root cause analysis and debugging of complex production issues

Senior QA Engineer – 5+ years
Define and drive QA strategy across multiple product areas to ensure scalable and reliable testing practices
Design and maintain advanced automation frameworks for UI, APIs, and data pipelines




Own quality standards and enforce best practices for test automation, CI/CD integration, and release validation
Lead QA efforts for major product initiatives and coordinate testing across multiple teams
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies including functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development lifecycle
Analyze production incidents and establish preventive quality mechanisms
Drive improvements in test coverage, monitoring, and observability
Mentor QA engineers and guide the team in adopting automation and AI-assisted testing practices
Advocate for quality at the product level and influence engineering decisions that improve reliability
