We're hiring on behalf of a growing European group rolling out D365 Finance & Operations across multiple legal entities in different countries. The migration phase is in full swing and they need a senior Data Migration Analyst to strengthen the team.

The role in short

You own the data migration cycle end to end. Analyse source data, build source-to-target mappings, run data loads through the Data Management Framework, troubleshoot staging errors and write SQL-based validation and reconciliation scripts. The data focus is on production and warehousing: BOMs, routes, resources, inventory. You work alongside a business analyst and functional consultants, and occasionally travel to European sites to understand the local business and data firsthand.

What we're looking for





An F&O; person who understands data — not a data analyst learning F&O.; Hands-on experience with the D365 F&O; data model, the Data Management Framework, and migration sequencing. Strong SQL skills. A background in production, manufacturing or warehousing environments. Senior, autonomous, and a clear communicator across technical and business stakeholders. Fluent in English.

The setup

Freelance, approximately one year. Hybrid with 2-3 days on-site in the Ghent area. Occasional travel within Europe.
