? Senior IT Security Project Manager

For a long-term assignment with an international organization, we are looking for an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead multiple security and infrastructure initiatives.

? Location: Antwerp / Hasselt, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

? Start: ASAP - long term

? Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch

Your Mission

As the IT Security Project Manager, you will oversee 4–5 concurrent projects across multiple teams within an international IT environment spanning Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ireland.

This is a governance and delivery-focused role where your strengths in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication will be key. You will coordinate initiatives rather than perform hands-on technical implementation.

Knowledge of NIS2 is a plus but not required.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Define and manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and dependencies





✅ Translate stakeholder expectations into clear project objectives

✅ Organize and lead Steering Committees (SteerCos) and provide executive reporting

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Team Leads, System Engineers, and external partners

✅ Drive alignment across security and infrastructure initiatives

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for security and infrastructure projects

✅ Support the implementation of the organization's security and infrastructure strategy

Your Profile

✔ Proven experience managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

✔ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts

✔ Good knowledge of IAM, Hybrid Cloud, and Digital Workplace environments

✔ Pragmatic, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset

✔ Comfortable working in an international, hybrid environment
