New opening for an established Automotive manufacturer and an excellent opportunity to join a diverse and dedicated PMO team. In this role, you will have direct customer contact with the big customer clusters of the business, giving you a high level of responsibility and visibility within the firm.

You will be involved in critical projects for key customers while managing cross functional teams.

The business holds an important position in its market segment, is stable financially and is also known for the quality of its products. You will be joining a strong company which has integral presence and European roots.

Your activities will include:

- Manage automotive projects from nomination through SOP, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor progress, costs, and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage scope changes, risks, issues, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Delegate responsibilities based on team members’ skills and experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal product development processes (PCP).




- Lead PCP meetings and drive timely, effective problem-solving.
- Conduct post-project reviews and support continuous process improvement.

Your profile:

- At least 5-6 years of experience in Project Management within the Automotive industry, in a customer-interfacing setup.
- Solid knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to senior management.
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent English; an additional language such as German is an advantage.
- Analytical, proactive, results-driven, and open to change.
