- Support the management of training projects and activities, including assistance in the creation and publication of training courses in the training LMS platforms (EU Learn and L&D; platform), registration and confirmation of participants, etc.
- Assistance in communication activities, including the weekly Newsletter, intranet news, and other ad-hoc targeted campaigns
- Support with the preparation of training events and their associated calendar scheduling in platforms such as Service Now.
- Support on in-person, hybrid and online events, both in the preparation phase and during the event itself, assisting the training course manager in all phases of the event, in the room physically as well as online via communication platforms such as Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
- Assist in the follow-up of trainings, recording attendance, collecting evaluations, and supporting the preparation of future project plans.
- Assist in the management of the functional mailboxes used by the L&D; team, forwarding email requests
- o the relevant course project managers and pro-actively reaching the Head of L&D; Sector when required

The selected candidate should have:





- Proven experience in assistance to complex multi stakeholder projects, with challenging organizational requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of active listening and providing empathic replies.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Team player, strong self-management, organisational, and prioritization skills.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment under tight deadlines.
- Practical experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar) and knowledge of project management methodology (e.g., PMI, Prince, PM2)
- Knowledge and experience with digital tools: (LMS (Learning Management Systems, e.g.  Moodle, IMC) and CMS (Content Management Systems, e.g. Drupal, Wordpress) ,  Communications tools (e.g. Webex, Zoom, MS Teams), Project management tools (e.g.  Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
