Experteer Overview
As Privacy Counsel, you will guide privacy compliance within Delivery Hero’s global data protection program from the Glovo office in Barcelona.

You’ll provide risk-based legal advice on new products and operations, shape privacy policies, and support data protection governance across the group.

You’ll collaborate across teams to enable growth while mitigating risk, including handling DPIAs, data mapping, and data transfer arrangements.

This role offers impact on AI governance and regulatory readiness in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

• Provide legal guidance on GDPR and global privacy requirements
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
• Support data mapping and DPIA processes for business activities
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures
• Advise on privacy risks for new products and initiatives
• Lead or support privacy due diligence in Mu0026A contexts
• Assist with privacy investigations and responses to authorities




• Contribute to AI governance and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Prepare updates for DH Group management and governance bodies
• Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation tracking

Responsabilidades
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
• Law degree (Bachelor in Law or equivalent)
• Certified EU privacy expertise is a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO)
• Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German is a plus
• Experience advising online technology companies across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
• Proactive, ownership-driven, able to anticipate challenges
