In this role you will architect and evolve ERP solutions for Accounts Payables, aligning product requirements with enterprise standards while managing non-functional requirements.

You will guide multiple solutions, oversee technical roadmaps, and evaluate new technologies to improve value and reduce technical debt.

You’ll work across cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust IT designs within Roche’s mission to improve healthcare access.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design solutions that meet product requirements, priorities, and enterprise standards in the Accounts Payables context
• Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions; evolve architecture throughout the product life cycle
• Provide technical oversight to product teams and maintain the technology roadmap
• Define reference architectures, patterns, and integration pathways; publish ADRs for governance
• Drive assessment of technology trends, vendor evaluations, and adoption of new technologies
• Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to architecture practices and mentoring




• Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, ICFR, and Roche security standards during designs and documentation
• Maintain landscape and assess impact of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and applications

Responsabilidades
• 8–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong analytical skills
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare tech focusing on stakeholder management and product delivery
• Proven ability to design business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions in complex contexts
• Experience maintaining solution roadmaps and current landscapes while assessing impacts on capabilities and risk
• Track record of shaping architecture practices, mentoring, and conducting vendor evaluations
• Deep business analysis skills to elicit requirements and optimize processes and end-user experiences
• Strong technical background in ERP and integration architectures
