In this role you will own OpEx planning and analysis for the EMEA u0026amp; APAC regions, driving cost discipline and insightful forecasting.

You will partner with Controllership and regional finance teams to deliver timely expense submissions and senior-facing reporting.

You’ll lead continuous improvements in analytics, reporting automation, and scenario planning to support cross-functional decision making.

• Own end-to-end OpEx planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for EMEA u0026 APAC
• Maintain cost discipline by monitoring spend trends and escalating material variances
• Develop and maintain expense reporting packages for senior leadership
• Partner with regional finance teams for accurate expense submissions
• Act as Finance Partner for Commercial Functions in the region (Marketing, Customer Care,



Product Support, etc.)
• Lead monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating plan (AOP) processes for OpEx
• Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support decisions
• Ensure alignment between headcount plans and expense forecasts
• Drive expense analytics initiatives and automation within the Pune CoE
• Mentor junior analysts and support capability building

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive FPu0026A or finance experience
• Experience supporting multi-country regions and matrix organizations
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience with One

Stream, SAP, Hyperion, or similar EPM/ERP platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
