In this Financial Due Diligence role within Deals Transaction Services, you help clients maximize value from mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by delivering data-driven financial insights. You work with cross‑functional teams to assess earnings quality, cash flows, and key value drivers for buyers or vendors. You leverage analytics to inform price adjustments and deal recommendations. The role offers exposure to international clients, PE firms, and complex deal structures, with opportunities to shape deal success.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze financial information focusing on earnings quality, cash flows, and key deal issues
• Conduct critical review of value drivers for historical and forecast periods




• Leverage Data u0026 Analytics tools to deliver financial and business insights
• Support clients in price adjustment definitions and analyses
• Assist buyers and sellers to prepare, close, and realize profits on deals
• Collaborate with acquirers or vendors across corporate finance, private equity, and due diligence projects
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, Economics or xqbhyrx Engineering
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, audit or financial due diligence
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Data analytics experience a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot u0026 Alteryx)
• Flexibility to travel
