Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist at Mayan Spas, located in 5*GL Hotels in Barcelona. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Please do not apply if you are looking for a transition job. We are looking for professional Recepcionists with long term job expectations.

Qualifications

- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
