We are a medium?size, friendly, and professional team that works closely together to make our loft a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.Primary PurposeTo carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Composite part manufacture using wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods.

- Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.
- Effective multi?tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good hand?eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.Qualifications- Practical?minded and motivated individual with a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.




- Well?versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials.
- Experience in pre?preg (not essential but interesting).
- No allergies to resins or fibres.
- Proof of legal right to work in Spain.
- Driving licence.
