About the role
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across the European market.
This role is idóneo for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys building marketing initiatives from the ground up while working closely with sales, leadership, and dealer partners. You'll be responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence, creating compelling marketing content, supporting sales growth, and managing digital marketing initiatives across multiple European markets.
What you'll do
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for CAS Auto GmbH




Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
Create and manage marketing content in English and German, including blogs, newsletters, dealer communications, and market updates
Own the social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, while expanding digital presence across relevant platforms
Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and inventory priorities
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop high-quality sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, spec sheets, newsletters, and dealer collateral
Manage and update website content while supporting SEO initiatives and lead generation efforts
Monitor marketing performance and provide reporting with actionable insights
Coordinate participation in automotive trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events across Europe
Support marketing logistics, promotional materials, and event branding
Identify opportunities to improve
