JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive supports our Greystar student and multifamily portfolio and brands, such as, Canvas or Be Casa Essential,



representing the Marketing team by taking the lead on all marketing deliverables for assigned developments. Including, but not limited to, strategy and execution of tactical marketing plans in order to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, customer retention, occupancy and leads that in turn achieve optimum leasing and financial performance in line with the company’s business development plans.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Day to day lead for marketing activities and reporting for allocated assets in line with the marketing plan and budgets.
- Leads in briefing and planning the production with external suppliers.
