We are currently seeking a (Senior) Sales Strategy Analyst to join ARIS in Spain. This is a remote position.
In this role, you will be part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team and act as a trusted partner to sales leadership, focused on strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support. You will support one of our sales regions with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting and annual planning activities.
The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, and leadership. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, commercial design, and cross-functional leadership to orchestrate transformational change across the go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem. The successful candidate will think strategically and proactively, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead that plan to fruition.
Essential Functions

Develop insights and recommendations to support revenue strategy, market segmentation, industry penetration, and whitespace identification.
Analyze sales performance, pipeline development, market opportunities,



and customer trends to support GTM decision-making.
Support the design and continuous improvement of sales coverage models, customer engagement approaches, and routes-to-market.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to strengthen commercial alignment and improve GTM execution.
Define key performance metrics and targets; build reports and dashboards to track business health and identify improvement areas.
Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools, including customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, and whitespace analysis.
Create executive-level presentations and narratives for local and integral leadership reviews, including quarterly business reviews.
Support sales leaders with forecasting, pipeline management, annual planning, territory planning, account assignments, and quota preparation.
