Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving online learning experiences that make complex technical topics accessible and engaging for different audiences. You will collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and creative teams to deliver effective educational programs.
- Participate in learning needs analysis and collaborate on high-level course design with product managers and subject matter experts.
- Define learning objectives and structure courses into clear modules and lessons.
- Transform technical materials into learner-friendly educational content.
- Design practical exercises, assessments, and learning resources that support knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with production teams to create engaging visual and multimedia learning materials.
