Job Description

We are looking for a person who is excited to bring his or her experience in Diffusion, PE-CVD or wet cleaning processes, materials, or equipment development to a competitive and highly differentiated specialty process foundry for RF-CMOS, BICMOS, MEMS, and Silicon Photonics devices.



The idóneo candidate is self-motivated to make a meaningful difference for our customers and our business. He or she enjoys working in a collaborative environment, developing new or continuously improving existing diffusion or dielectric deposition process modules to meet performance, quality, and cycle time requirements of a steadily advancing technology road map.

Development Opportunities

• Participate in the challenge and development of exciting new technologies

• Work cross-functionally with Integration and other Process departments for continued improvement

• Contribute to organizational development by mentoring less senior engineers, technicians, and operators
