We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our international Business Development team.
This internship is designed for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in international business development within a growing integral organisation. The successful candidate will support the identification, development and execution of commercial opportunities across multiple international markets while gaining exposure to strategic projects, client engagement and commercial operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently completing or recently graduated from an MBA, Master's degree or undergraduate programme who is eager to develop into a future Business Development professional. Subject to performance and business needs, the internship may lead to a permanent position within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Support the identification of new business opportunities across international markets.
- Conduct research on potential clients, industries and market trends.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations and tender documentation.
- Support the maintenance of sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Participate in client meetings and internal commercial discussions where appropriate.
- Assist with the preparation of commercial reports and management presentations.
Market & Commercial Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities and business cases.
- Analyse market intelligence and identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business insights for senior management.
Project & Commercial Coordination
- Support coordination between Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal and Technical teams.
- Assist in proposal preparation and project handovers.
- Support pricing exercises and commercial planning.
