This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across a growing portfolio of digital subscription products. In this hands-on role, you will manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns while directly influencing customer acquisition and business growth. You will work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to turn campaign insights into measurable results. The position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to experiment with new strategies, improve performance, and make data-driven decisions. You will operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where testing, learning, and continuous optimization are central to success. Accountabilities
- Build, launch, manage,



and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple B2C subscription products.
- Own daily campaign performance monitoring, including budget pacing, account health, and optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve key acquisition metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, and customer lifetime value.
- Design and execute structured A/B testing strategies across keywords, ad creatives, bidding approaches, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and collaborate with data specialists to improve tracking, attribution, reporting accuracy, and performance insights.
- Stay informed about Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, industry trends, and emerging paid acquisition best practices.
