Your Role:

At DDIT R&D;, we are seeking a seasoned Software Product Owner responsible for maximizing the value of our Data & AI products built in-house for our healthcare R&D; users, by ensuring the product team delivers value that meets business and user needs. This role serves as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the product team, focusing on translating business needs into impact supported with technology. While product vision & strategy is co-owned with the business owner,



the Product Owner excels at turning strategic direction into tangible product requirements through hands-on collaboration with users and business admins.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will champion a product mindset and focus on business value throughout the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data analysis and data management, will be vital in enhancing the effectiveness of the product. You will report to the Head of Product Management in the Healthcare Digital, Data & IT organization.

You will join a multicultural team working in various methodologies. This role can be remote in Spain or our office onsite in Barcelona. Infrequent travel to Darmstadt, Germany might be required.
