About the Role:

At Ferrero, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Sales Representative OOH to join our Field Sales team in Gran Canaria. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring excellence in Point of Sale Execution across your assigned territory, representing some of the world's most iconic brands, including Nutella®, Kinder®, Ferrero Rocher® and Raffaello®.

Main Responsibilities:

You will manage a portfolio of customers and points of sale throughout your assigned route, building strong relationships and ensuring regular visits that support long-term business growth.



A key part of your role will involve securing the best product visibility through effective Sales Negotiation, excellent Retail Execution, and the implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives.

Working closely with customers, you will generate orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability to maximize sales opportunities. Furthermore, you will review assortments, identify opportunities to introduce new references, and support the successful execution of promotional activities.

Success in this position will also come from your ability to leverage strong Territory Management and Route Management skills. Through ongoing Sales Analysis, you will evaluate route productivity, identify growth opportunities, segment customers, and propose actions that improve performance and business results. Collaboration with Key Account teams and wholesale partners will be essential to ensure flawless execution of centrally negotiated agreements.
