? What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for exciting positions across the Tech & Digital market.
- Source and engage outstanding talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.




- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and market trends.
- Create talent pipelines before positions even open.
- Help shape and improve our recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate journey.
- Share market insights, salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies with the team.

? What we're looking for
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Experience recruiting for technical or digital profiles is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for people and business.
- Curious, organized and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup where every day is different.
- Fluent English & Spanish are required. French will be considered a strong plus.
