As a Sr. Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding a high-value enterprise sales pipeline within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will engage prospective customers through strategic outreach, qualify business opportunities, and collaborate closely with experienced sales professionals to accelerate revenue growth. This role offers significant exposure to enterprise sales conversations, providing opportunities to participate in—and eventually lead—customer presentations as your expertise grows. Accountabilities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities.




- Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple communication channels while managing and qualifying inbound leads.
- Hold discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Schedule qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Participate in live customer meetings alongside Enterprise Sales colleagues, progressively taking ownership of customer presentations and sales pitches.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to enhance account research, personalize outreach, and improve productivity.
