Sanofi Spain is seeking a Market Access Strategy Head SPC (Immuno-Aliance)
to join our Market Access (MAx) leadership team at a pivotal moment in our journey to become a Launch Powerhouse. This role sits at the heart of our ambition to accelerate patient access to innovative medicines in one of Europe's most complex market access environments — where the average time from EMA approval to reimbursement stands at 616 days, and where agility, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence are critical differentiators.

Reporting directly to the Head of Market Access Spain, the Market Access Strategy Head will provide strategic leadership across a mixed portfolio of innovative pipeline products and mature brands, coordinating Launch Excellence activities and driving cross-functional alignment to maximize the impact of the MAx team at both national and regional levels. This position will manage a team of 5+ professionals, operating within a complex governance structure that spans national health authorities, regional payers, hospital committees, and integral Sanofi stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
1. Strategic Portfolio Leadership
- Lead strategic market access planning for assigned therapeutic areas, balancing the dual reality of innovative pipeline launches and mature portfolio management.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation in alignment with Sanofi Spain's 2026 priorities, including key assets such as Tolebrutinib, Dupixent, Sarclisa and Rilzabrutinib
- Develop and execute pricing & reimbursement strategies in coordination with HEOR and Pricing specialists
