About The Role

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Commercial Excellence team. The successful candidate will be offered an internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting a wide range of Commercial Excellence activities and helping improve how our commercial organisation works.

In this role, you will support project coordination, digital initiatives, process improvements, documentation, communications, reporting and day-to-day team operations.



Work will be prioritised by the Commercial Excellence Lead and delivered in partnership with relevant team members, providing broad exposure to Commercial Excellence, digital enablement, commercial process improvement and business transformation.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Providing day-to-day operational support across the Commercial Excellence team.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and team activities, including agendas, logistics, action tracking and follow-up.
- Maintaining project plans, action logs and milestone trackers across Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, leadership updates and meeting materials.
- Assisting with team priorities and activities as directed by the Commercial Excellence Lead.
- Supporting routine activities related to digital enablement, commercial process improvement and Commercial Excellence initiatives.
