Act as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders, providing insightful analysis, financial planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for translating financial data into actionable business insights, ensuring alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supporting effective resource allocation across the region. By challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and promoting financial discipline, the Regional Finance Business Partner plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and delivering sustainable value
Responsibilities:
General Management
- Act as key partner of the Regional Director for Business units in the achievement of the Company’s Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy.
- Take responsibility for managing the key operations teams at head office, comprising the Finance Team, Credit Team, Accounting & Controls, controlling and general services.
- Identifies sources of financial risks,
cost and profit opportunities and closely cooperate with other non-financial directors / managers to develop and implement appropriate business projects and actions.
- Assist in preparing and evaluating business cases, as well as monitoring and acting on results
- Be a key part of, and contribute significantly to the South West Region Leadership Team
Financial Reporting and Controlling
- Responsible for the coordination, production and reporting of the Presente, Budget and Mid Term Plan financial results towards the Managing Director and the Executive Team as well as the European Head Office.
- Perform analysis, provide explanation of variances and make relevant recommendations supporting Top Management for effective decision making, always aiming to achieve Company’s objectives.
