We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind the growth creative flywheel and broader creative operation in Spain. You'll partner with our Growth Marketing Manager, Creative Strategist and Head of Marketing to turn concepts into shipped, trafficked, measured work, every sprint, across every channel.
About the role
As the Creative Operations Manager for Spain, you'll be the right hand to the Creative Strategist and the operational backbone of the local creative pod.



You'll own the rails that keep the flywheel spinning. The briefs, the pipelines, the partners, the trafficking, so the team can ship a high volume of high-quality creative every week and actually learn from it.
This role sits at the intersection of production, creative ops. and project management. You'll need enough creative sensibility to know what good looks like on Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and enough operational rigour to make sure every asset is briefed clearly, made on time, trafficked correctly, and tagged so the data flowing back tells us something useful.
As part of this role, you'll report to the Creative Strategist and work closely with the broader marketing and country team. You'll be hands on and work with supporting content administrators and partner with creators, editors and external production partners across Spain.
