Job summary:

Reporting to the Global IT Network Manager, the IT Network L3 Engineer role requires demonstrated experience designing and owning enterprise network architectures at integral scale. This position will act as technical Subject Matter Expert for the overall Network environment and any related topics. Hands-on implementation is expected, but success in this role depends on architectural depth, decision-making authority, and the ability to lead complex initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement complex global network solutions across LAN, MAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, SASE, and Site‑to‑Site VPN technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Lead the design and rollout of a Zero Trust Network Architecture, ensuring secure access across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on‑prem environments with high operational variability.
- Own network security architecture decisions in close partnership with the Information Security team, including tool selection,



policy definition, and enforcement models aligned with enterprise security standards.
- Act as primary escalation point for Tier‑3 and Tier‑4 network incidents, leading cross-domain troubleshooting efforts and coordinating with internal SMEs and external vendors.
- Perform deep root cause analysis for critical outages and systemic failures, driving corrective and preventive actions to improve overall network resilience.
- Ensure optimal network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement; maintain accurate and actionable operational runbooks.
