Accountabilities:

As a Staff/Lead Platform/DevOps Engineer,



you will strengthen the engineering platform while enabling development teams to build, deploy, and operate reliable applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Support engineering teams by maintaining resilient Kubernetes environments and providing guidance on platform best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform while contributing to the migration toward Crossplane.
- Build and enhance internal platform services and automation tools, including Python-based solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across multiple regions, including Kubernetes clusters, IAM, networking, and identity management.
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate infrastructure incidents, and drive root cause analysis to improve platform reliability.
- Lead initiatives related to multi-region deployments, single-tenant environments, and Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) architectures.
