Estem cercant un Project Manager per a la correcta gestió de tots els processos d’execució, seguiment i control, i tancament del Projecte ARTEMISA.

Les tasques principals inclouen entre altres la coordinació, planificació i seguiment de les diferents fases i activitats del projecte, l’elaboració d’informes i reporting, la gestió administrativa i financera, la gestió dels diferents suports i continguts relacionats amb la divulgació i comunicació, l’organització i gestió dels esdeveniments i activitats previstes, el control i registre de la documentació, el compliment normatiu i la gestió dels riscos.

Tota aquestes activitats es realitzaran en contínua interacció amb els diferents stakeholders del projecte: grups d’investigació, entitats col·laboradores, entitats finançadores, PDI, estudiants, empreses i proveïdors.

Cal que la persona estigui habituat a treballar en equip, tingui capacitats de planificació, organització de la feina i el control de les tasques.

We are hiring a Project Manager to ensure the proper management of all processes related to the execution, monitoring, control, and closure of Project ARTEMISA.

The main tasks include, among others: the coordination, planning, and monitoring of the different phases and activities of the project, the preparation of reports and progress documentation, the administrative and financial management of the project, the management of communication, dissemination materials and related content. the organization and coordination of planned events and activities, the control and register of project documentation; and ensuring of regulatory compliance and risk management.

All these activities will be carried out in continuous interaction with the project’s various stakeholders, including research groups, collaborating entities, funding bodies, academic staff, students, companies, and suppliers.
