Tu misión
Como Customer Activations Specialist,



tu misión será ayudar a los nuevos comercios de Teya a obtener valor de nuestros productos de forma rápida y segura. Darás soporte durante el recorrido desde el onboarding hasta la adopción inicial y la activación continuada, ayudando a los comercios a completar los pasos clave de configuración, comprender el valor de nuestras soluciones y desarrollar hábitos de uso que impulsen el engagement y el éxito a largo plazo.
Este es un puesto temporal, enfocado a cubrir vacaciones, y pensado para una persona organizada, con visión comercial y con ganas de aprender cómo funciona la activación de clientes en un entorno fintech vibrante. Trabajarás con el apoyo de compañeros con más experiencia, asumiendo al mismo tiempo la responsabilidad de tus tareas diarias y contribuyendo al rendimiento de activación.
Este puesto se ofrece mediante un contrato temporal destinado específicamente a la cobertura de periodos vacacionales.
