Your new role

As Digital Medical Engagement Lead, you will design and lead a forward-thinking digital strategy that connects Medical Affairs with key external stakeholders in a meaningful and compliant way. You will work across functions to translate insights into impactful medical strategies, while enabling the adoption of digital tools and AI across the organisation.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead the national digital scientific engagement ecosystem, including mapping and prioritisation of Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) and defining engagement approaches




- Enable structured and meaningful engagement with DOLs and broader scientific communities, aligned with Medical Affairs priorities through digital projects, initiatives and training programmes
- Translate digital insights, data and external signals into actionable recommendations that shape the medical strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert and key enabler of AI adoption, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, insight generation and operational effectiveness
- Ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies and local regulations, maintaining strong governance and documentation standards
