About the role





We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on General People Transformation & Strategic Projects Lead to drive some of our most important global People & Culture initiatives. This role will lead complex cross-functional projects that support the evolution of our global people agenda, helping us create scalable frameworks, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen the employee experience across a diverse international workforce.
The initial focus will include leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as:
- Global Job Architecture
- Global People Data & Analytics
- People Governance, Data Standards and Process Transformation
- Reward, Recognition and Pay Transparency initiatives
- Strategic Workforce Insights and Organizational Effectiveness projects

Working closely with the Global People & Culture Team, divisional/functional People leaders and their teams, senior business stakeholders, IT, Finance and external advisory partners, this role
