? O365 & WORKPLACE SERVICE MANAGER

? The Role You'll own the reliability, quality, and evolution of Workplace services across an organization of 14,000 employees. You'll lead day-to-day operations for Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while driving the strategic roadmap for O365 adoption. You'll manage 1 direct report and govern a 5-6 person managed service team.

? What You'll Do

✅ Own the full incident, request, problem, and change management lifecycle (AD, Entra ID, M365, EUC L2/L3)

✅ Govern the external managed service team: SLAs, KPIs, operational reviews, and continuous improvement

✅ Lead the Microsoft 365 roadmap: new capabilities, adoption, and change management

✅ Drive automation (PowerShell, Power Automate) to reduce manual effort

✅ Coach and develop your team

? What We're Looking For





? 5+ years of experience in IT operations or Workplace services in large enterprise environments (5,000+ users)

? Proven experience leading teams and governing vendors/MSPs

? Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender)

? Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (hybrid identity)

? ITIL Foundation certification required; Microsoft 365 / Identity certifications a plus
