About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Specialist Global Health with the Orica Group SHES (Safety, Health, Environment and Security) Team.

The Senior Specialist General Health will support the Senior Manager Global Health in leading improvements in Health performance across Orica. Collaboration with other roles within the Global and Regional SHES (Safety, Health, Environment and Security) teams and operational resources will be an essential element of this position.

What you will be doing




- Align all behaviours with Orica’s Charter Values, Purpose and Strategy.
- Support compliance with global regulatory requirements related to Health.
- Provide health subject matter expertise and support to SHES Specialists and Operational Leaders.
- Experience with designing and implementing psychosocial risk management frameworks in large organizations.
- Experience with risk assessment methodology for the management of health hazards.
- Experience with designing and implementing robust and risk-based fitness for work programs guidance and tools.
- Design, develop and review Health Standards, Group Procedures, guidance material and training.
- Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the health assurance program.
- Maintain a professional, proactive and constructive working relationship between the Regional Business and the regulators.
