We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to independently support product deployment and service releases for our current and future customers. Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Engineering, this position requires a high level of technical expertise and initiative during the installation, deployment,



and maintenance phases of AXON Networks' award-winning software products.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be primarily responsible for the analysis and implementation of complex technical system requirements, ensuring that all project technical needs are met with minimal supervision. Working closely with Product Management, Data Analytics and R&D; teams, as well as externally focused members of the Technical Sales and Sales team, this position works to ensure that AXON Networks solution is fully functioning according to specifications within our customer’s environment.

The Senior Solutions Engineer may also provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
