Position Summary:
Mainly in charge of defending proceedings against the company, drafting contracts, legal business support, assistance, and advice on legal compliance.Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Advice on Regulatory Compliance in accordance with the area of business activity
- Drafting and review of contracts
- Answer to the lawsuits against the company
- Response to regulatory bodies and business units of the company, preparation of the necessary documentation and preparation of the different reports that will be validated by the Legal Department
- Study and analysis of the different legal problems of the company
- Supervision and updating of internal procedures
- Periodically review the updating of the company's compliance action procedures and protocols
- Respond to the exercise of rights and claims by debtors, as well as respond to confirmation requests from credit information systems
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Law degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience or training in data protection
- Experience or training in compliance
- Desirable high level of English
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Time management
- Good writing skills
